Individual Therapy
A vital part of the therapeutic experience for patients of Carolina House is weekly individual psychotherapy with experienced mental health clinicians on our staff. Building upon the core components in our program, our staff therapists use a wide variety of appropriate treatment models in these sessions, including insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and cyclical psychodynamic modalities.
