Hayden Blaine, MSW, LCSW

Therapist

Hayden Blaine earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (Go Hawks!) in Social work with a minor in Sociology. She then decided to continue her education at North Carolina State University and earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Hayden comes to Carolina House with experience working in the impatient setting with children, adolescents, and their families. It was there that she began to develop a passion of working with individuals working through eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and trauma related symptoms. Hayden uses an integrative theoretical approach to meet clients where they are at by utilizing solution focused, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness based practices. Hayden is currently located at Carolina House’s Outpatient program providing services to our PHP/IOP clients.

 

In her spare time, Hayden loves to be in the sun, spend time with her two live-in fur balls, watch Disney movies, and be surrounded by her loved ones. Clients have described her as authentic, empathetic, skillful, kind, and creative. Hayden says “Therapy is the best and most effective way for us to explore who we are and pursue our truest, most beautiful lives”.
