Olivia Shipp, MS, RD, LDN
Olivia Shipp graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition from NC State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College. During graduate school, Olivia worked as a sports nutrition graduate assistant for the NC State University Football Team. She completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, practicing in 27 specialties in disease management and health promotion. While at Vanderbilt, Olivia conducted entry level practice work in the pediatric oncology/hematology and adult liver transplant programs.
Following the completion of her internship, Olivia worked as a Sports Dietitian Fellow at Wake Forest University, managing the nutrition programming for multiple men’s and women’s teams. Olivia transitioned her career after finding a passion for eating disorder care while working with collegiate athletes. She provides Health at Every Size-aligned care with a focus in nutrition individualization and a food freedom approach. Olivia works to foster an empathetic, creative, and holistic approach to nutrition therapy, while collaborating with inter-professional team members.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys baking, live music, coffee shops, and spending time at the beach.
