Olivia Winstead, MSW, LCSWA


Olivia Winstead earned her bachelor’s degree from North Carolina Agricultural Technical State University with a major in Social Work. She continued her education at North Carolina Central University, earning a master’s degree in Social Work. Olivia began her clinical career working with families faced with disruption or dissolution of their family. She has also served ageing adults with a variety of mental health and adjustment concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma history, and substance use. Olivia has a passion for working with families and treating individuals with eating disorders, psychosis and co-occurring mental health concerns. She has treated clients at the residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care. She uses DBT and CBT modalities most frequently.
