Jessica Hendricks
Chief Executive Officer
Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist having earned her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from East Carolina University. Jessica most recently served as Executive Director of Pasadena Villa in Cary and Chapel Hill, NC. Prior to her Executive Director role, Jessica served in a variety of clinical and leadership roles at Veritas Collaborative serving eating disorder clients for approximately 9 years. Jessica’s diverse background provides strong operations leadership as well as direct care experience in working with patients across multiple levels of care.
Jessica strongly believes in an evidence-informed approach to treatment and utilizes various modalities as she builds and leads programs. She brings teams together through communication and collaboration, creating healing environments that empower patients to build a sustainable path to recovery.
Beyond the professional realm, Jessica finds immense joy in spending quality time with her family, and in her leisure time, she enjoys going on nature walks, vacationing at the beach, and watching movies.
