Art Program

Carolina House proudly serves people of all genders age 17 and older from across the country who are struggling with eating disorders and other co-occurring concerns.

Art therapy is a vital component of our multi-disciplinary program at Carolina House. Engaging in the creative-expressive Art therapy process in a secure, supportive environment provides clients the opportunity to discover and utilize their own symbolic repertoire for healing. The health and wellbeing of our clients are enhanced by the mindfulness-based stress reduction skills incorporated into their creative-expressive experiences. Expressive art therapy groups are part of our core program with clients and their families.
